1) Are the wheels OEM?

The wheels that we sell are not OEM, they are factory style wheels. They are held to similar high standards as OEM wheels with their TUV, JWL and VIA certifications. You can read more about this in our detailed blog post about factory style wheels where we deep dive into the high quality wheels we sell.

2) Do the wheels come with center caps?

Yes! All of our wheels come with center caps and logos included. All of the center caps will be packaged within ONE of the boxes so please check thoroughly!

3) How many wheels come with each order?

Each product that you purchase will come with a set of 4 wheels unless otherwise specified.

  • Some of our Toyota TRD Pro wheels have a option for a set of 5 wheels. If there are any other items that you would like to purchase 5 wheels for, please contact us directly and we can create a custom invoice or add it as a option for the existing product.
  • 4) Will the wheels fit my vehicle?

    On every product page there are specifications for the respective wheels such as the wheel size, offset, bolt pattern and hub bore. All customers should make sure the wheel directly fits their vehicle prior to purchasing. If you are questioning whether the wheel fits or not, feel free to shoot us an email at sales@wheeloutletnj.com and one of our factory style & aftermarket wheel specialists will be glad to help you out.

    5) Can I just buy 1 wheel?

    Unfortunately, we do not sell any wheels separately as this will affect our inventory with uneven number of wheels. We only sell sets of 4 unless otherwise specified.

    6) What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payment from debit or credit cards - American Express, Discover, VISA and Mastercard. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay.

    7) What is your return policy?

    We are extremely confident in our products to be high quality and competitively priced that if you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased at all, we provide a 30 day money back guarantee. Please reference our Refund Policy for additional details.

    8) Do you sell lug nuts or tires or install wheels?

    No, we strictly only sell wheels and we do not sell lug nuts or tires or install wheels. You will have to consult a installation center for the install of our wheels.

    9) When and how will my order be delivered?

    All successful orders will be placed in queue for fulfillment and attempt to be shipped within 48 hours via Fedex or UPS out of New Jersey (for most products). However, the time it takes to get delivered to your doorstep will vary based on the customer location but usually ranges from 3-10 business days. With every successful order, there is a tracking number that will be provided upon shipment in which you can use to track the wheels. Please reference our Shipping Policy for additional details.

    10) Can I place a custom and/or bulk order?

    Please send us an email with the exact item(s) that you want and we will do our best to provide a quote & invoice upon determining if inventory is available.

    11) If an item is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

    Please send us an email with the item & color of interest and we can see if a timeline can be provided or if there are any alternative options we can recommend. We typically restock our items every 4-8 weeks.
